VoiceSort — Delete Your Account

You can delete your VoiceSort account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
From within the app
Open VoiceSort, go to the Profile tab, and select Delete Account. Your account is removed immediately. This cannot be undone.
By email
Send a request to solutions@bfrtech.com.au from the email address registered to your account. We will process the request within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
Your account record
Your email address
Your password and authentication data
Your session tokens
These are permanently removed from our authentication system and cannot be recovered.
What is not deleted
Your photos, folders, tags, captions, and photo location data are stored on your device, not on our servers. We never receive them, so we cannot delete them for you.
To remove this content, delete it through the app or your device's photo library, or uninstall VoiceSort.
Voice recordings and AI photo scans
When you use voice tagging or AI photo scanning, audio or a reduced photo copy is sent to third-party processing services. These are processed to deliver the feature and are not stored by us. Any retention by those providers is governed by their own policies, described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before deleting, or you may continue to be billed.
